Cancelling an order
If you want to cancel any order placed, it is impossible to cancel the order. Once an order is submitted., you cannot modify or cancel the order. You may return the package.

Sportcheck gift cards are available in whole-dollar denomination between $25 and $2500, Sportchek eGift Cards are redeemable online and in any of our more than 190 stores across Canada. There is no expiration date.
sportchek returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from sportchek.ca, you can return it for a refund. You must return the product within 60 days from the date of order. They will give full refund. The product must be in its original packaging and must be unused. Shipping charges and handling charges are not refundable. Sportchek.ca is not responsible for shipping charges for returned items. Sportchek.ca offers free returns in store.
